• Follow healthy dietary habits beginning childhood.
• Maintain suitable body weight.
• Control fat to 15% to 25% of the calories consumed.
• Control carbohydrates to 60% to 65%.
• Drink 8 to 9 glass of water every day
• Eating curd is too advisable.
• Eat additional fresh fruits and vegetables. They are excellent for heart.
