Major impact of sleep disorder & problems

Sleep Disorders are circumstances that impact how much and how well you rest. The causes range from inadequate routines that keep you conscious to medical circumstances that impact your rest pattern. If you don't feel relaxed in the days, see your doctor. Inadequate and better sleep is a serious problem that presents a risk to your protection.

Causes of Poor Sleep:
Insufficient sleep and rest  can take a cost on nearly every aspect of everyday life. Research has linked lack of rest to car accidents, relationship troubles, poor job performance, job-related injuries, memory problems, and mood conditions. Recent reports also suggest insomnia may give rise to cardiovascular disease, being overweight, and diabetes.

Signs of Sleep disorder:
  • Excessive sleepiness during the day.
  • Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep.
  • Snoring or brief pauses in breathing during sleep.
  • Moving your legs at rest or an uncomfortable feeling in the legs at night.
Sleep Cycle:
There are two forms of sleep: REM relax and non-REM relax. REM stands for rapid eye movement and is associated with dreaming. It accounts for 25% of regular relax, coming in longer toward morning. The relax of our relax time is spent in NREM, which consists of four stages from light relax of sleep stage 1 to deep relax stage 4. Insomnia the sleep disorder interfere with regular relax cycles, preventing a sound night of sleep.
